Candara is a company research platform operated by Amrik Singh Bhullar, based in Singapore. We can be reached at candara.ai.
2. What data we collect
If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password (we never see your raw password). We also store your report history — the companies you researched and the AI-generated reports produced. We do not collect payment information, health data, or any other sensitive personal data.
3. Why we collect it
Your name and email are used to create and manage your account. Your report history is stored so you can revisit past reports. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
4. How it is stored
All account data is stored securely on Supabase (supabase.com), which runs on AWS infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures your data is only accessible by you.
5. Your rights under PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the use of your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Account menu on Candara.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data and report history is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
